29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) San Manuel Casino, 15th floor: On or before February 4th, 2021 at the West apex corner of the hotel employee(s) were prepping and installing windows near an unprotected edge. The employer did not ensure employees were connected into their self-retracting device (fall arrest system) with the employees fall protection harness. Employees were exposed to fall hazard(s) of approximately 150 feet.
