29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(iii):The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed training in the requirements of this section: a) Family Farm and Home, Inc. located at 15276 US-224 in Findlay, Ohio 45840: On or about February 9, 2021 the employer did not ensure employees were provided with training on the requirements of OSHA's 29 CFR 1910.178. Employees were exposed to falling hazards in that forklift operators were not provided with training on properly securing the U-line steel dock board prior to unloading semi-truck trailers.
