29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone. Such tools shall not be in lieu of other guarding required by this section, but can only be used to supplement protection provided: On or about February 09, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 2410 Texoma Drive, Denison, Texas; machine operators were exposed to fingers and/ or hands entering into point of operation of the machine during the operation cycle, due to employees using their hands to remove jammed tortillas without a hand tool.
