29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about December 14, 2020, and at times thereafter, the employer did not report to OSHA a work related hospitalization within the required 24 hours and as soon as the employer was aware of the hospitalization. The employer reported the hospitalization on February 9, 2021.
