On or about 2/9/2021, at the welding department of Lindgren and Pitman Inc., located at 2615 NE 5th Ave., Pompano Beach, FL, 33064, employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working with a grinder/buffer (i.e. Baldor, Cat No. 1458) having unguarded nip points and rotating parts.  b.  On or about 2/9/2021, at the grinding department of Lindgren and Pitman Inc., located at 2615 NE 5th Ave., Pompano Beach, FL, 33064, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard while working with a buffer (i.e. Baldor, Cat No. 145B) which lacked a guards.
