Employees of M.J. South Construction, LLC., were exposed to fall hazards of up to 24 feet, while engaged in residential framing activities. Employees were not using fall protection equipment. South Construction, LLC., were exposed to fall hazards of up to 10 feet, while using a ladder that did not extend at least 3 feet past the landing surface and was not secure to the structure.
