29 CFR 1904.40(a):The employer did not provide an authorized government representative the records kept under part 1904 within the four business hours: (a) Lydall Performance Materials, 310 Running Pump Road, Lancaster, Pennsylvania - On or about February 10, 2021, the employer failed to provide copies of OSHA Forms 300 and 300A for calendar years 2018, 2019 and 2020 within four business hours. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
