29 CFR  1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice:  (a) On or about February 08, 2021 - Receiving/backroom, employees were exposed to trip hazards when the drain cover in front of the dairy cooler/backroom shifted when walked on.  Walmart was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1259424, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/02/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 520 N. Jefferson Street, Lewisburg, WV.

Walmart was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1463070, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/14/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1821 South Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, TX.
