29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3):Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: a) On or about February 10, 2021 throughout the warehouse, the CSHO observed a portable fire extinguishers on a desk to the right of the main door, that had not been subjected to an annual maintenance check. b) On or about February 10, 2021 throughout the warehouse, the CSHO observed a portable fire extinguishers next to the stairwell door, that had not been subjected to an annual maintenance check. c) On or about February 10, 2021 throughout the warehouse, the CSHO observed a portable fire extinguishers on the floor next to an emergency exit, that had not been subjected to an annual maintenance check.
