Reigleman Enterprises, Inc. dba Pymatuning Deer Park, 804 East Jamestown Road, Jamestown, Pennsylvania 16134, felid exhibits, on or about February 11, 2021 and times prior thereto:  Employees are exposed to animal bite and scratch hazards when reaching through the chain link fence that encompasses the inner enclosure of the felid (lion and tiger) exhibit to interact with the tigers. The flex cord was powering equipment, including, but not limited to, a current tap inside the Spotted Genet enclosure. The flexible cord was exposed to damage as it ran through the opening in the wall of the Western Building.    B.) Reigleman Enterprises, Inc. dba Pymatuning Deer Park, 804 East Jamestown Road, Jamestown, PA 16134, Spotted Genet enclosure, on or about February 11, 2021 and times prior thereto: A flexible cord (extension cord) was running from the Western Building and was routed overhead to the Spotted Genet enclosure.  The flex cord was powering equipment, including, but not limited to, a current tap inside the Spotted Genet enclosure. The flexible cord was exposed to damage when running through the exterior building opening of the Spotted Genet enclosure.  C.) Reigleman Enterprises, Inc. dba Pymatuning Deer Park, 804 East Jamestown Road, Jamestown, PA 16134, Spotted Genet enclosure, on or about February 11, 2021 and times prior thereto: A flexible cord (extension cord), which was plugged into a current tap in the Spotted Genet enclosure, was powering equipment including but not limited to, a heated water dishes for the antelope enclosure. The flexible cord was exposed to damage as it was pinch between the door and door frame of the enclosure.  D.) Reigleman Enterprises, Inc. dba Pymatuning Deer Park, 804 East Jamestown Road, Jamestown, PA 16134, Spotted Genet enclosure, on or about February 11, 2021 and times prior thereto: A flexible cord (extension cord), which was plugged into a current tap in the Spotted Genet enclosure, was powering equipment including but not limited to, a heated water dishes for the cougar enclosure. The flexible cord was exposed to damage as it was pinch between the door and door frame of the enclosure.  E.) Reigleman Enterprises, Inc. dba Pymatuning Deer Park, 804 East Jamestown Road, Jamestown, PA 16134, roadway between skid steer building and cattle enclosure, on or about February 11, 2021 and times prior thereto: A flexible cord (extension cord), which was plugged into a relocatable power tap in the skid steer building, was routed through a doorway and across a roadway to power equipment including, but not limited to, a Farm Innovators Ice-Chaser Premium Cast Aluminum Floating Stock Tank Deicer (M/N: H-418) at the cattle enclosure. The flexible cord was not protected when exposed to doorway pinch point damage and damage from vehicular and equipment traffic.  F.) Reigleman Enterprises, Inc. dba Pymatuning Deer Park, 804 East Jamestown Road, Jamestown, PA 16134, skid steer building, on or about February 11, 2021 and times prior thereto: A flexible cord (extension cord) was routed through the eave of the roof to power equipment including, but not limited to, heated water dishes for the porcupine and bobcat enclosures. The flexible cord was exposed to damage when running through the building opening (eave of the roof).
