29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: On or about February 5, 2021, an employee suffered a work-related injury resulting in a hospitalization and the employer did not report the work-related injury to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours. The employer reported the incident on February 8, 2021. UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1308156, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 15, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4421 BENIGNO BLVD, BELLMAWR, NEW JERSEY 08031.
