B) Cutting area, on or about February 16, 2021, and or times prior to, a metal cutting type chop saw with a wood cutting circular saw blade did not have the lower portion of the saw blade guarded and the guard was damaged on the sides, thereby exposing employees to a hazard of a rotating saw blade. C) Pallet building area, on or about February 16, 2021, and or times prior to, a metal cutting type chop saw with a wood cutting circular saw blade did not have the lower portion of the saw blade guarded, thereby exposing employees to a hazard of a rotating saw blade.
