29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. a) On or about 11/13/2020, an employee had a fracture to the right knee while attempting to remove a load lock inside a trailer. The employee was hospitalized on 11/13/2020 and surgery on 11/14/2020. The hospitalization was reported to OSHA on 11/16/2020.
