29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) All Star Management Services, LLC at 315 E Dean Street, Aspen, CO: On and around February 4, 2021, the temporary staffing agency did not ensure that employees were provided hazard communication training, including information on labels and other forms of warning, the format and content of SDSs, and site specific hazard communication training on chemical hazards in their work areas and the location and availability of safety data sheets and labels for chemical containers. This condition exposed temporary housekeeping department employees at the host employer location to hazardous chemicals stored in their work area, including but not limited to concentrated forms of Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant, 66 Heavy Duty Alkaline Bathroom Cleaner and Disinfectant, and Aquanomic 2.0 Low Temp Laundry Builder.
