29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that Safety Data Sheets were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) On or about February 2, 2021 and at times prior thereto employees throughout the Prescott VA Campus were exposed to chemical hazards but did not have access to Safety Data Sheets (SDS), as they are kept on a server and only accessible if the server is working. The VA does not keep a backup copy of the SDS's in the event that the server goes down.
