29 CFR 1910.244(a)(1)(ii):The rated load shall be legibly and permanently marked in a prominent location on the jack by casting, stamping, or other suitable means. (a) Control House Expansion Room; Two green jack stands used to hold wheels spools of insulated electrical wiring did not have a load ratings posted on the jack stands.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. (a) Control House Expansion Room; A relocatable power tap (surge protector power strip) was plugged into an extension cord. Another extension cord and relocatable power tap were plugged into the first relocatable power tap. They were used to power laptops, Kenwood Radios, phone chargers and Christmas lights.
