29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: Wolverton Water Treatment: A dry chemical fire extinguisher (Ansul Sentry ABC type) had not received its annual maintenance check since May 2015. The U.S. National Park service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1164977, notice number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/06/202016, with respect to a workplace located at Grant Grove, 83715 Park Road, Kings Canyon, CA. 93633 .
