29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about 2/17/2021 at 2722, 2724, 2726, 2728, 2730, & 2732, 2676, 2678, & 2780 Sardis Chase Court Buford, GA employees working on the ground were exposed to an overhead struck-by hazard from the material being elevated overhead to the employees working above. The competent person/employer on-site did not ensure the employees working on the ground were wearing head protection while exposed to an overhead hazard.
