The inside flammable and combustible storage room(s) were not liquid-tight where the walls joined the floor: a) Paint Mixing Room, McDonnell & McDonnell II LLC, dba Crash Repair Center, Livingston, MT: On or about February 17, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards associated with the inability to contain flammable liquids in the event of a fire.
