Wheeling St., Oregon, Ohio 43356:  On or about February 18 , 2021, the employer did not ensure that employees performing caulking tasks from the elevated platform of a Genie Model # S-65 aerial lift were adequately protected from falls. Employees operating the aerial lift without the benefit of a harness and lanyard attached to the basket were exposed to falls of approximately 25 feet.
