On or about January 12, 2021: Employees working in the facility located at 11642 Highway 83 South in Monticello, Georgia were exposed to fire hazards where there was an accumulation of saw dust in and around the facility.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(ii): The employer did not establish and implement those elements of a written program necessary to ensure that any employee using a respirator voluntarily was medically able to use that respirator, and that the respirator was cleaned, stored, and maintained so that its use does not present a health hazard to the user. On or about January 12, 2021: Employees working in the facility located at 11642 Highway 83 South in Monticello, Georgia were exposed to cardio-respiratory hazards and contact irritation where employees were provided 3M half face respirators to wear without being medically cleared to do so and without proper training to ensure they knew how to clean, store and maintain the respirators.

On or about January 12, 2021: Employees working in the facility located at 11642 Highway 83 South in Monticello, Georgia were provided with N95 respirators for voluntary use. Employees were not provided with appendix D information and training.
