29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. On or about February 19, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that employees in the etching room, who were exposed to corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hypochlorite, and ferric chloride were provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching of flushing of the eyes in the work area for immediate emergency use. b. On or about February 19, 2021, the employer failed to ensure that employees in the chemical storage room, who were exposed to corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sodium hypochlorite, and ferric chloride were provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching of flushing of the eyes in the work area for immediate emergency use.
