On or about February 24, 2021 and times prior thereto, the controlling contractor and site Project Manager did not maintain programs such as frequent inspections and corrective actions to provide a workplace were workers employed in the performance of the contract were free from recognized hazards on the construction site:  a) workers installing  wooden framing materials on a commercial building  at approximately 14 feet were working without fall protection, and b) workers using pneumatic nail guns to install framing material were not wearing eye protection from flying objects.
