29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided:  a- 7 Aberdeen Court, Marlton NJ: Company worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, when working from a pitched roof of a residential structure without the use of the required fall protection. Condition observed on or about 02/23/21.  Guzzo Stucco Masonry, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1226637, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 5, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1336 Bristol Pikewoodhaven Mall, Bensalem PA 19020.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
