29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): The employer did not certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l): 323 Lockhouse Rd., Westfield, MA: On or about February 22, 2021, A review of the employer's powered industrial truck training and evaluation records revealed that at least one employee operating a powered industrial truck on or about February 22, 2021 had not been certified in accordance with the requirements of this subpart that they had been trained and evaluated . Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
