29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system.    On or about February 23, 2021, employees observed performing construction roofing activities such as installation of Thermoplastic Polyolefin "PTO" membrane on apartment complex were not tied-off. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet from lower levels.  Protech Roofing Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in  OSHA inspection number1323196, citation number 001, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/11/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 7251 Desert Blvd. Canutillo, TX 79835.  Protech Roofing Systems, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in  2) OSHA inspection number 1308114, citation number 001, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/12/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 101 S. El Paso St., El Paso, TX 79901.
