29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   a) White Clouds Subdivision: On February 22, 2020 and at times prior to; Framers and Assistants/Cutters without head protection were walking on the ground underneath second floor sheathing operations and were exposed to small hand tools falling from the roofline.   Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) White Clouds Subdivision: On February 22, 2020 and at times prior to; Framers and Assistants/Cutters operating pneumatic nail guns and Makita XSR01 7 1/4" 36 volt Cordless Circular Saws were not provided safety glasses to prevent wood chips and dust from exposing them  to eye abrasions or punctures.    Note* Abatement certification IS required for this item.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) White Clouds Subdivision: On February 22, 2021 and at times prior to, framers operating pneumatic nail guns and Makita XSR01 7 1/4" 36 volt Cordless Circular Saws  while sheathing a 5:12 roof were exposed to fall hazards from 17 to 22 feet.  b) White Clouds Subdivision: On February 22, 2021, a framer installing drywall sheets from the top of an unfinished wall was exposed to a 9.5 foot fall.   Note* Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
