29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught-in hazards at the conveyor line as result of the disconnected emergency stop cable. a. On or before February 24, 2021, at the location of 2505 East Pointe Drive, Zanesville, Ohio: the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected and not exposed to caught-in hazards as a result of the disconnected emergency stop cable that was located at line #82 of the shipping unloader conveyor belt line.
