This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard above 10 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net s or a fall protection system. Construction Site: On or about February 24, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees engaged in roofing activities were protected from a fall hazard by a guard railing, safety net system or personal fall protection system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard above 6 feet.
