29 CFR 1910.176(b):Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: (a) Axelson Machine, Inc. at 8130 Indian Peaks Avenue in Frederick, CO: On and before February 11, 2021, the employer did not ensure that bundles of metal bars stored on racking was stable and secure against sliding or collapse. An employee sustained a crushing injury to his left index finger when an aluminum bar rolled off the rack and pinched his finger between the bar and the rack. This condition exposed employees to impact and crushing hazards.
