Employees were exposed to health hazards. Employees engaged in painting activities in the paint booth utilizing supplied air hoods were exposed to health hazards in that the person authorized to perform the necessary sorbent bed and filter changes filled out a tag indicating by the signature and date that maintenance changes were performed. A tag was not maintained at the RPB RADEX Filter or Kaeser compressor and maintenance logs were not provided to CSHO.
