On or about February 25, 2021, and at times prior thereto, employees standing on top cap of stepladder while performing work, exposing employees to fall hazards at the following instances: 1. Employee was standing on top cap of a Werner 6ft step ladder while performing work, noted during drive around. 2. Additional employee was standing on top cap of a Werner 6ft step ladder while performing work, noted upon approach to jobsite.
