Note - Personal protective equipment requirements are contained in subpart I of this part On or about February 23, 2021 and at times prior thereto, and at times thereafter, the employer did not ensure employees were provided and wore electrical personal protective equipment when opening and conducting voltage readings on an energized 2300 volt electrical cabinet, exposing employees to arc flash hazards.
