29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  On or about February 24, 2021, employees who  where performing construction  roofing activities in a residential area were not provided with any type of fall protection system.  This condition exposed employees to fall hazards at heights greater than six feet from the ground.
