29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four hours: a. 22 Van Veghten Dr., Bridgewater, NJ - Truck Parking Area The employer did not report within 24 hours an employee hospitalization. An employee was struck by an un-manned motor vehicle causing injuries which resulted in hospitalization. Violation occurred on or about February 18, 2021
