29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about February 24, 2021, employees were operating Telescopic Boom Lifts JLG Model 660SJ and a Genie Model S-65 to perform framing activities on a residential building under construction without the use of fall protection, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling from the moving aerial lift. Tereso Galisia was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1292103, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 15, 2018 , with respect to a workplace located at 2870 Sam Houston Avenue, Huntsville, TX 77340.
