29 CFR 1926.350(a)(1): The employer did not ensure valve protection caps were in place and secured. (a) Jobsite located at 200 Irish Rd, Berwyn, PA: The employer failed to protect employees against fire and struck-by hazards in that an acetylene gas tank, stored on a cutting torch cart that had not been used for at least 7 days, did not have a valve protection cap in place and was connected to a Victor G250 acetylene gas regulator on the 2nd floor hallway next to the C-10 line. Condition noted on or about the 7-day period of Feb. 18 - 25, 2021.
