29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Jobsite located at 1429 Federal Street, Philadelphia, Pa.: The employer did not ensure that an employee utilized fall protection. An employee was engaged in removing loose Concrete Masonry Units (CMU) while sitting on the wall approximately 15 feet above the ground level, thus exposing the employee to fall hazards. Condition observed on or about 25 FEB 2021.
