29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about February 26, 2021, at the worksite located at 2770 E. Summer St., Hartford, WI, the employer did not ensure employees were using fall protection when performing roofing work on a commercial building, thereby exposing workers to a fall hazard of approximately nine (9) feet.
