29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: On or about February 26, 2021, employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards while working near the cardboard baler because the designated area for the employees to walk and stand to place cardboard in the baler had oil and cardboard on the floor.
