29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: 197 Norwich New London Turnpike, Family Dentistry: On or about February 25, 2021, employees were working on a steep pitch roof without fall protection. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 18 feet on a steep pitched roof with a pitch of 6:12.
