OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not develop and implement an internal traffic control plan that protected pedestrian access and egress within the work zone: (a) Jobsite located at Admiral Street and Chad Brown Street, Providence, RI: On or about November 17, 2020, pedestrian employees were not properly protected by an internal traffic control plan from mobile equipment within the work zone.
