Location - 170 Gardner Street, Hamilton, MA. On or about 2/25/2021, an employee was ascending and descending stairs (risers) that did not have at least one handrail on open side.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4):1053(b)(4): At this jobsite, the 8 ft. fiberglass step ladder, being used to access the 2nd floor, was being used as a straight ladder which was not the purpose for which the ladder was designed. Location - 170 Gardner Street, Hamilton, MA. On or about March 24, 2021, an employee was using an eight foot self supporting ladder in the closed position.
