Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 3/02/2021, employees from Brunsmann Roofing, LLC DBA Brunsmann Roofing were removing roofing materials on the rear of a residence located at 7401 Highway 47 in Union, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The owner and four employees were observed working from the roof approximately eight feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.

On or about 3/02/2021, employees from Brunsmann Roofing, LLC DBA Brunsmann Roofing were removing roofing materials on the rear of a residence located on at 7401 Highway 47 in Union, MO. They owner and four employees were using two extension ladders to access the roof.  The ladders were not extended three feet beyond the landing or edge of the roof.
