29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) Good Neighbors Fence Co, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at St John Kanty Church in Clifton NJ.. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite while using acetylene and Oxygen torch to cut a fence, on or about 3/3/21.
