Location - First Street Garage, Cambridge, MA. a) On or about March 3, 2021, an employee chipped concrete from bottom and tops of stairwell platforms that compromised the integrity of the wedge anchors securing stairs. b) On or about March 3, 2021, horizontal supports in-between stair sections were removed, which compromised the integrity of each stair section.
