29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a) Heritage Madison Architectural, LLC, does not ensure that employees have available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. This violation was most recently observed at 379 Knickerbocker Ave in Paterson NJ. The employer did not provide any firefighting equipment at the jobsite. Combustible products such as wood, cardboard, Gasoline fueled generators was used on site to power electric equipment such as compound miter saw, nail guns, extension cords and compressors to perform the framing activities. Extra gasoline to fuel the generators was stored in gas cans on the site, on or about 3/3/21.
