29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) At 17261 Alabama Highway 181, Jubilee Shores United Methodist Church, Fairhope, Alabama: On or about March 4, 2021 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet to the ground below.
