29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:   a)  At 27075 Marina Road, Orange Beach Marina, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On or about March 4, 2021 and a times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made basket without first ensuring his employees were trained on fall protection to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 47 feet to the water / ground below.
