The attachment point of the body narness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. At a worksite located at 934 S. Moreau Drive Jefferson City, Missouri, an employee was exposed to fall hazards when the wearer of a fall protection harness was attached to a lanyard, secured to the top of the roof, by the chest straps of the harness.
